1. Non-Refundable Services

• All services rendered are non-refundable.
  
  
• Payments made for subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or multi-year) will not be refunded, except in cases of billing errors such as accidental double charges.
  
  
• No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or years of service upon cancellation.
  

   

2. Subscription Renewals

• All subscriptions renew automatically on their due renewal date based on the original purchase date, unless officially canceled in advance.
  
  
• Customers may cancel at any time by sending a written notice to [Insert Support Email].
  
  

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email before the renewal date to avoid auto-renewal charges.
  
  
• For first-time users: if subscription fees remain unpaid for more than 15 days from activation, JugaadX reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
  
  
• For auto-renewals: if payment fails and remains outstanding for more than 1 day, JugaadX reserves the right to cancel the subscription.
  
  

4. Pro-Rated Adjustments

• In case of plan upgrades during a billing cycle, additional charges will be applied on a pro-rated basis.
  
  
• Downgrades will take effect only from the next renewal cycle.
  
  

5. Taxes & Charges

• All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and levies. Customers are responsible for paying such amounts in addition to the subscription fee.
  
  

6. Governing Terms

• This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of JugaadX and must be read together with them.
  
  
• Any disputes relating to refunds or cancellations will be handled as per the governing Terms & Conditions.
  
  

7. Force Majeure

JugaadX shall not be liable to refund or compensate for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or changes in third-party service providers.
